Hida Ichinomiya Minashi Shrine
As Hida's Ichinomiya (the highest ranking Shinto shrine in the area), this shrine has been worshipped by local residents since ancient times. Many people visit the shrine to pray at the Hida Ikibina Matsuri (Live Doll Festival), Reisai (annual festival) and Hatsumode (the first shrine visit on New Year's Day).
