COVID-19 measures, precautions when visiting the hospital, and necessary documents

  • In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please wear a non-woven fabric mask and disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the hospital, and check for fever (body temperature must be 37.5 degrees or lower).
  • Please bring your vaccination certificate/PCR test results if you have them.
  • If you have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19, please call the medical institution or contact the one-stop service before coming to the hospital.
  • Please complete the medical questionnaire in advance if you are visiting a doctor at Takayama Red Cross Hospital.
