Miyagasa is made of thinly shaved cypress or yew tree wood and is woven into a hat. It started in the mid-Edo period (ca.1730’) and has been handed down to this day.  You can create your own hat under the guidance of Mr. Toisaka, a skilled craftsperson.

Your hat will be sent to you after the finishing precess by Mr. Toisaka.
